- Visit/ Demo – First, we’ll arrange a visit so you can try our coffees, test out our automated coffee machine, ask any questions, and get to know us better.
- Sign your Carma Coffee agreement – Once you and your Account Manager have discussed details and agreed to terms, it’s time to sign our partnership agreement. Welcome to the team!
- You organise the electrics, water, and waste connection – Your Account Manager will provide all the necessary installation requirements and guide you through every step of the process, so you’re ready for installation.
- Installation and training – We install your coffee machine, show you how it works, and train you on routine maintenance. If you need more support, you can get it from our friendly maintenance and quality control team.
- You’re ready to sell! – Delicious, organic, speciality coffee every time, and a customer app that encourages repeat purchases and rewards.
- Intelligent data – Real-time sales data is available immediately via your partner app. You’ll know what’s sold, when, and which consumables need replenishing. You don’t even need to order replacement stock – it’s done automatically, hassle-free!
- Cleaning and fulfilment – You’ll handle cleaning and fulfilment. Rest assured, everything is as swift and efficient as possible – there’s no need for daily deep cleans. We include annual servicing and ongoing support in your agreement, so that’s handled too.
